TEAM AND ROLE OVERVIEW

  • The Agri-Sales Executive is being recruited in a full-time position to join the growing team of aQysta.

  • The Agri-Sales Executive will be responsible for driving B2B sales of agri-produce, building strong buyer relationships, supporting order fulfilment, and contributing to expanding market access for agricultural commodities. This role supports aQysta’s mission of empowering farmers through sustainable innovations and stronger market linkages.

If your answer is yes, this role provides an opportunity to strengthen your sales expertise and build meaningful market connections. As an Agri-Sales Executive at aQysta, you will support market expansion efforts while maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring smooth sales operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive B2B sales of agri-produce across existing and new markets through lead generation, outreach, and relationship building.

  • Achieve assigned sales targets while maintaining agreed margins, pricing discipline, and customer quality; negotiate commercial terms in line with company policies.

  • Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with wholesalers, processors, brands, and institutional buyers.

  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle including calls, meetings, order closures, and customer follow-ups.

  • Ensure repeat business and timely collections through effective customer relationship management.

  • Coordinate with sourcing, quality, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

  • Maintain accurate sales records, pipelines, and customer data in CRM.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and buyer requirements to support pricing and sales strategy.

  • Support sales documentation such as quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and basic compliance.

  • Report regularly to the Sales Lead on pipeline status, performance, and market feedback.

BACKGROUND AND SKILLS

Work Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Agri B2B sales.

  • Experience dealing with wholesalers, distributors, processors, or institutional buyers is an advantage.

  • Familiarity with quotations, purchase orders, invoicing, and basic sales documentation is preferred.

  • Academic Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business (BBA), Agriculture, Marketing, Economics, or a related field (preferred).

  • Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.

Skills

  • Strong communication and basic B2B sales skills.

  • Ability to manage leads, follow-ups, and sales data using Excel/CRM tools.

  • Basic understanding of pricing, margins, and negotiation.

  • Good coordination skills with customers and internal teams.
