TEAM AND ROLE OVERVIEW
Join our dynamic team as an Agriculture Technician, where you will gain hands-on experience in researching, developing and testing food and other agricultural products.
As a key member of our Agriculture team, you will support in increasing the quality and quantity of crops and create innovative techniques that farmers can adopt.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Locate in the Salyan cluster of the farmers to manage aQysta’s organic farming activities in the cluster.
Monitor every step of farming from planting to handling after harvesting to make sure everything meets quality standards and follows organic methods.
Give farmers clear advice on how to grow crops well, guide farmers on growing, and use organic methods to control pests.
Keep in touch with outside groups like cooperatives, certification agencies, and organic certification inspectors.
Encourage farmers in the area to work together closely and be actively involved.
Visit farms often in the area to check how things are going, help with any problems, and support the farmers practically.
Work closely with an agronomist to make plans and get farming activities done well.
Monitor for any activities that might create problems during the organic certification process and try to find solutions for those.
Record and share regular farming data in the company record-keeping platform.
BACKGROUND AND SKILLS
Education: Isc. Ag plant science or equivalent.
Minimum one years of experience in working in the agriculture, especially in organic farming.
Hands-on experience working in farming, production planning, and training farmers.
Ability to motivate and manage farmers.
Good communication skills are required to communicate and build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
Willingness to locate in a place near to focus cluster is mandatory.
Self-disciplined and trustworthy.
Knowledge and experience of organic farming and organic certification of Timur is preferred.
