TEAM AND ROLE OVERVIEW
aQysta is looking for a creative, ambitious, and growth-oriented Brand & Digital Marketing Associate (D2C) to help build and grow our consumer agri-food brand from the ground up.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about digital marketing, branding, e-commerce, packaging, and consumer products. The selected candidate will work closely with the core team to grow our direct-to-consumer (D2C) business for agri-food products sourced from Northeast India, especially through Amazon and other digital channels.
The role goes beyond simply managing an e-commerce account; we are looking for someone who can think strategically about how a brand is built, positioned, marketed, and scaled.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Brand & Product Growth
Drive branding, positioning, and packaging development for consumer food products sourced from Northeast India
Contribute to new product ideas, product improvements, and overall brand building initiatives
Ensure strong and consistent brand communication across all customer touchpoints
Amazon & D2C Operations
Own and manage Amazon Seller Central operations end-to-end, including listings, content optimization, campaigns, and product performance
Improve product discoverability, conversion, and customer engagement across digital channels
Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth inventory and fulfilment management
Marketing & Business Growth
Develop and execute digital marketing and promotional campaigns
Create marketing materials, product creatives, and brand communication content
Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify growth opportunities for the brand
Contribute to D2C growth strategy and support expansion of the consumer business
BACKGROUND AND SKILLS
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, Digital Marketing, Agri-Marketing, or related field
Minimum of 1 year experience in marketing, branding, digital marketing, or e-commerce
Strong interest in consumer brands, food products, and D2C businesses
Proven experience managing Amazon seller accounts or e-commerce platforms is a plus.
Good understanding of Amazon Seller Central, including Amazon Advertising and Amazon Analytics, will be preferred.
Basic graphic design skills are required
Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, Meta Ads, or other digital marketing tools is a plus
Good understanding of branding, packaging, and content creation
Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive approach towards problem-solving
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Familiarity with ERP or CRM is a plus
Candidates with personal projects, social media pages, content portfolios, or experience working with brands/startups will be preferred
