TEAM AND ROLE OVERVIEW

As a key member of the IT team, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day IT operations and ensuring smooth functioning of hardware, software, and network systems across the organization. This role focuses on providing technical assistance to users, maintaining IT infrastructure, and supporting ongoing IT projects and system improvements.

JOB PROFILE

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Respond to and resolve basic hardware, software, and network-related issues for users

  • Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions in a knowledge base

  • Assist with the installation and configuration of new IT hardware

  • Maintain an accurate inventory of IT equipment and software licenses

  • Assist in monitoring network connectivity and identifying basic network issues

  • Support IT administrative duties as assigned

  • Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and standard operating procedures

  • Provide basic training and guidance to users on systems used within the organization

  • Collaborate with team members on IT projects and support initiatives

  • Assist in testing and providing feedback on development projects

BACKGROUND AND SKILLS

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field

Experience:

  • At least one year of experience in IT support preferred

  • Internship experience in an IT department is an advantage

Skills:

  • Familiarity with various operating systems (installation, configuration, troubleshooting)

  • Understanding of computer hardware components

  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite, cloud systems, ERP, knowledge base systems, and inventory systems

  • Basic understanding of network concepts

  • Awareness of common security threats and data protection best practices

  • Basic knowledge of programming concepts

  • Strong time management and organizational skills

  • Good teamwork and collaboration abilities

  • Adaptability and willingness for continuous learning

  • Good communication skills (verbal, written, and listening)

  • Good command of English
