TEAM AND ROLE OVERVIEW
The Jr. Account Officer is being recruited in a full-time position to join the growing team of aQysta. The Jr. Account Officer will support the Accounts team by maintaining financial records, handling bookkeeping tasks, and assisting with invoicing related to procurement and sales operations.
This role provides hands-on exposure to accounting software, ERP tools, and operational financial processes while ensuring accurate record keeping, payment follow-ups, and day-to-day maintenance of sales books, purchase books, and stock records.

As a Jr. Account Officer at aQysta, you will support daily accounting operations while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and smooth financial documentation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain accurate financial records and perform regular data entry.
Support office administration including invoicing, filing, record keeping, and organizing financial documents.
Maintain and update sales books, purchase books, and stock management records.
Assist with invoicing related to procurement and sales operations.
Follow up on transactions and payments through phone calls and communication with customers or partners when necessary.
Respond to customer inquiries related to payments or documentation when required.
Ensure proper documentation and record maintenance for financial transactions.
Provide day-to-day reporting updates to the supervisor or team.
Follow a morning shift schedule from 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
Work six days a week with a commitment of 8 hours per day during login hours.
BACKGROUND AND SKILLS
Education
Completion of BBS, BBA, or an equivalent degree.
Work Experience
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in accounting or a related field.
Technical Skills
Familiarity with Tally, FinPro, ERP software (like Odoo), and MS Office (Excel mandatory).
Basic understanding of bookkeeping, invoicing, and financial record management.
Additional Requirements
Possession of a valid vehicle license and personal vehicle is required.
