TEAM AND ROLE OVERVIEW

Join our dynamic team as a Jr. Accounts Officer, where you will gain hands-on experience on accounting software/tools and ERP.

As a key member of our Accounts team, you will support various aspects of record keeping, book keeping, and invoicing of procurement and sales operations, along with payment follow-up and maintaining day-to-day records of sales book, purchase book, and stock management

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain accurate records and data entry

  • Perform in office administration including data entry, invoicing, filing, record keeping, and organizing files and documents.

  • Receive and make phone calls as needed to follow up on transactions/payments & customer inquiries.

  • Day to day reporting to the supervisor/team.

  • Follow a morning shift schedule from 5 am to 1 pm.

  • Work six days a week with a commitment of 8 hours per day during login hours.

BACKGROUND AND SKILLS  

  • Education: Completion of BBS/BBA or equivalent degree

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in accountant or a related field.

  • Familiar with tally, MS Office (Excel mandatory), ERP Software.

  • Possession of a valid vehicle license and vehicle is required.

  • Punctual and Good Time management

  • Problem solving attitude

  • Adaptable and Resilient
