TEAM AND ROLE OVERVIEW
As a key member of the Sales team, you will be responsible for developing and managing client relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring smooth coordination between clients and internal teams. This role plays a critical part in expanding aQysta’s market presence and delivering value to customers.
JOB PROFILE

RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify, approach, and onboard new clients while building a strong sales pipeline.
Maintain regular engagement with existing clients and understand their evolving needs.
Manage orders and coordinate effectively between clients and the operations team.
Gather insights on competitors, pricing, and customer preferences, and share feedback with the team.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, drive conversions, and maximize revenue.
Follow up on leads and qualify prospects based on deal potential.
Act as the focal point for discussions and negotiations, balancing customer value with company profitability.
Execute targeted sales campaigns and seasonal offers to drive short-term revenue and enhance product visibility.
BACKGROUND AND SKILLS
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Hospitality, or a related field
Experience:
Prior experience in the HORECA industry is an advantage
Fresh graduates with strong sales and communication skills are encouraged to apply
Skills:
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good understanding of the HORECA industry
Problem-solving mindset with a client-centric approach
Ability to work independently
Adaptability and willingness to travel for client visits and meetings

Valid two-wheeler driving license preferred (for frequent travel)
