TEAM AND ROLE OVERVIEW

As a key member of the Sales team, you will engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions that create long-term value for both the client and aQysta.

JOB PROFILE

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and research opportunities and potential clients.

  • Conduct sales meetings, negotiate deals, and process the sales cycle accurately and efficiently.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client information.

  • Engage with customers to understand their requirements and provide personalized recommendations.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty.

  • Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance the overall customer experience.

  • Assess market gaps, needs, and opportunities to inform sales strategy.

BACKGROUND AND SKILLS  

Education:

  • BBA/BBS graduate

Experience:

  • 6 months to 1 year of relevant sales experience (Hospitality industry experience is a plus)

Skills:

  • Sales-driven and motivated

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Customer service skills

  • Basic computer skills; CRM-friendly

  • Attention to detail, patience, and team player
